The Grand Puja of Shaking The Root of Samsara

Ngensong Dongtrug means 'Shaking The Root of Samsara'. Ngensong means three Lower Realms; Dongtrug means shaking the root. This sadhana assembles several deities; each deity purifies the karma and suffering of sentient beings in the respective realm. This puja is known for its effectiveness in preventing sentient beings from falling into the three Lower Realms, as well as benefiting beings in these realms.
